Under no circumstances do I, Iryna Fedotova, claim ownership of these methods, methodologies, practices, or recommendations, as they are or may be the property of other individuals. Like many other somnologists, sleep therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and other specialists, I have the right to use these methods, methodologies, practices, and techniques, as they are generally recognized and scientifically grounded.
The only exception is the manner of presenting information, which belongs to me, Iryna Fedotova.
The content of lectures, articles, presentations, sessions (consultations), activities, and other types of documents is for informational purposes only and reflects a subjective view and presentation of information in the author’s unique style.
Payment (remuneration) for a consultation (session) transferred to a bank account is considered your automatic consent to receive the consultation (session).
On my part, as a Sleep Disorders Consultant or as an End-of-Life (Loss) Doula and Grief-Informed Specialist, prior to the consultation (session), an Information Letter is provided outlining the general terms of cooperation. There is also an option for an initial introductory meeting, which is free of charge and lasts 30 minutes, during which you are given another opportunity to confirm your decision to work with me as a specialist.
As a Sleep Disorders Consultant, I additionally provide a Therapeutic Contract — a positive “yes” or negative “no” should be sent in response to the email containing the Therapeutic Contract.
The client has the right to decline these supporting documents and the introductory meeting. In this case, this Offer shall apply.
